It was moved and seconded that Council direct Staff to discharge and amend the covenants on the property titles of 514, 540 Haliburton Street, 120 Needham Street, and 575 Nicol Street, as outlined in the "Proposed Covenant Amendment" section of the Staff Report dated 2022-DEC-05.

Votes cast ‘In Favour’ are labeled as 'Climate-Positive' for the climate.
