This item was included in a bundle of items passed on to council from the Finance and Audit Committee, which were voted on together and approved unanimously. 

The bundle also included an item (5a6) that for staff to look into using funds from the Knowles Reserve Fund to fund projects from the south end neighbourhood that were unsuccessful in applying for a Community Environmental Sustainability grant.
