Item Description
That Council direct Staff to prepare a Tenant Protection Bylaw that applies to the redevelopment of a building with four or more rental units and contains requirements related to: Communication & Reporting, Financial Compensation, Exemption from Financial Compensation, and Enforcement Mechanisms as outlined in the Staff Report dated 2026-JUN-15.
