Item Description

That Council direct Staff to allocate up to $550,000 for the construction of a recreational trail within the E&N railway corridor connecting Junction Avenue to Extension Road, including design work and the construction of rail crossings between Junction Avenue and the Parkway Trail, and between Thirteenth Street and the Parkway Trail, funded by reallocating $189,000 budgeted for E&N Trail expansion and $361,000 from the 2026 Unallocated Active Transportation budget.
